Our refund policy

FULL REFUNDS

Full refunds for any pre-paid seminars will be made if you notify us that you are unable to attend the seminar at least three (3) days before the seminar is due to commence.

If you notify us at least three (3) days before your pre-paid seminar is due to start that you can't attend, but would like to attend another one on a different day, your registration fee can simply be applied to your new booking without penalty.

PARTIAL REFUNDS 

If you notify us less than three (3) days before the start of the seminar but before the seminar is due to start that you will not attend, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

NO REFUNDS

If you do not notify us of your inability to attend the seminar you have registered for, your fee will not be refunded.
